Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ffg777 Platform, including but not limited to the ffg777 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, databases, design elements, text, images, video content, and user interface elements (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of ffg777.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and ffg777 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

ffg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Determination that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Account holder is found to be on an applicable self-exclusion or problem gambling register; or
• A regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring the suspension or termination of the account.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the player's own request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required compliance checks.
